How I Work
I focus on building digital foundations that are structured to evolve — rather than be rebuilt every two years.
Understand
Before wireframes, before code — I want to understand what success looks like for your users and your business. What's broken, what's working, and what does long-term maintainability require?
Architect
Structure matters as much as aesthetics. I define the system — CMS model, data structure, component architecture — before touching the interface. Good foundations don't require rebuilds.
Build
I write the code. No translation layer between design and development means fewer surprises, faster iteration, and a final product that matches what was designed.
Optimize
Launch is not the finish line. I audit performance, fix Core Web Vitals, set up analytics, and automate what can be automated — so the system works harder as it grows.
